## Job description

You will report directly to our Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer (IA) and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC (preferred) or Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact comprehensive, encompassing strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance monitoring, risk management, stakeholder engagement, decision support, innovation, communication, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage.

They play a critical role in ensuring that strategic plans are not only formulated but effectively implemented to drive the organization's success and long-term growth. As a people leader at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. ## Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive longterm growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead and manage strategic planning processes

## Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans Tier 1 consulting background Industrials experience Semicondutor or O&G experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Experience in strategic planning in a global organization Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines We Value Semicondutor or O&G experience
