Perform adjustments and calibrations to optimize machine performance and product quality. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly to minimize production delays. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. ## Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Experience in machine setup and operation within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical machine components to perform adjustments and troubleshoot issues effectively. Proficiency with precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure accurate machine calibration. Familiarity with safety standards and procedures relevant to machine operation and maintenance. WE VALUE High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
