## Job description

This role is responsible for delivering advanced Cyber Security, Network, and OT (Operational Technology) services focused on Industrial Process Control Networks across multiple industries including Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemicals, and Manufacturing. The engineer will support both project execution and operational cybersecurity, including:
- On-site and remote consulting
- Secure network design and implementation
- Cybersecurity assessments and compliance
- Incident response and troubleshooting In the context of the Bacalhau project, this role will also support offshore cybersecurity operations and deployment activities under strict timelines.

## Responsibilities
- Lead or support cybersecurity project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget
- Act as technical lead or senior contributor in offshore/onshore teams
- Perform network and OT security assessments aligned with IEC62443, NIST, and ISO standards
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot secure industrial network architectures
- Provide incident response, vulnerability analysis, and remediation
- Maintain technical expertise in Honeywell and third-party network/cybersecurity solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers through high-quality technical delivery.

Support offshore rotations as required (14 days x 14 days model) Maintain industrial safety compliance and certifications

## Qualifications

You must have
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field such as Computer Science, Computer Systems, Telecommunications, Process Control, Electronics or in lieu of degree
- 5+ years in industrial automation, networking, or systems engineering
- 5+ years working with networks, IT or OT Security Experience with project execution Experience performing audits/assessments Experience with virtualization CISCO Certified Network/Design/Security Professional (at least one) – must currently be certified or willing to get certification within a year.

We value Automation, SCADA and DCS experience Linux Security Basics Fiber Optics Telecommunications Cyber Security Risk Analysis Experience with csHazop Process Control system design/implementation (DCS/SIS) Troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network and or application or system integration issues
