## Job description

You will report directly to our supervisor. In this role, you have a significant impact in driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the organization delivers world-class customer experience.

## Responsibilities
- Order entry
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer experience team.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of operational excellence initiatives.
- Process invoices, sales orders, purchase requisition in the ETR
- Analyze information regarding booking packages according to Honeywell Policies

## Qualifications

English fluent – Portugues is a strong plus Customer service mind-set Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Drive accountability culture Excellent management and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools. Attention to detail WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
