As Honeywell continuously adopts advanced technologies, this role offers an excellent opportunity to stay motivated while developing a high level of technical expertise. Engineers are assigned to regional service centers and play a key role in supporting plant operations. While the responsibility is significant, training is structured and provided from the fundamentals over several years. Work is conducted in teams, making this position accessible even for less experienced candidates. By steadily building knowledge and expertise, individuals can grow into highly trusted engineers working with leading manufacturers in Japan. ## Responsibilities ### Responsibilities This role is ideal for individuals who wish to build long-term relationships with customers and develop deep technical expertise. After gaining experience in both hardware and software maintenance, inspection, and project execution, employees can pursue diverse career paths, including technical specialist roles, engineering management, and project management.
