## Job description

As an Intern - Project Management Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will support Senior Program Managers in their daily activities and learn about end-to-end project execution. You will assist in implementing program plans, schedules, and reporting processes, and help maintain project documentation. This internship will give you hands-on experience with project coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational systems.You will report directly to our Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Warsaw,Poland location on a Hybrid work schedule.

## Responsibilities

### Key Responsibilities

Assist Senior Program Managers with project documentation and reporting. Support scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of project progress. Help prepare presentations and status updates for internal stakeholders. Participate in meetings and take notes to ensure accurate follow-up actions. Contribute to maintaining project data in management systems. Learn about risk management, cost tracking, and resource planning.

### Basic Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related field). Good command of English (written and spoken). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

### Nice to Have
