Engage with business leaders to understand their reporting needs and work to deliver value and achieve team goals. ## Responsibilities ### PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES List and describe this position’s key responsibilities in concise, comprehensive statements. Area of Responsibility Key Activities/Elements PowerBI Dashboard Design Connect PowerBI with Various data sources like SQL, Azure Datalike, Snowflake, Excel, etc. Prepare and publish various business reports as per agreed SLA on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Analyze the data and using standard guidelines, prepare list of possible opportunities for business growth. SQL Table Creation and Optimization Understand the data set and ensure appropriate tables are created in SQL Write queries in SQL to create calculated fields. Monitor SQL Table update failure and fix the root causes Sharepoint / IT tools / MS Excel Understand Sharepoint lists / workflows / Powerapps. Conversant in MS Excel – pivots, formulaes etc. ## Qualifications KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ### ABILITIES Indicate the education level, previous experience, specific knowledge, skills and abilities required to meet minimum requirements for this position. Education level and/or relevant experience(s) Graduate with Engineering Background preferably - 3+ years of PowerBI experience in Product industry SQL and Power BI knowledge is must Knowledge and skills (general and technical) - Proficient with PowerBI Proficient with SQL queries and view creations. ### Medium proficient in MS Excel - Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure - Strong commitment to achieving results - Ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and target driven - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Ability to follow business processes and tasks - Ability to handle problems through to completion ### Behavior Competencies Customer Focus - Ensuring that the customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities; crafting and implementing service practices that meet customers' and own organization's needs. ### Building Business Partnerships - Using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work with business partners (eg peers, other departments or units, customer’s, etc.) to meet mutual goals and objectives. ### Communication - Expressing ideas effectively in individual and group situations (including non-verbal communication); adjusting language or terminology to the characteristics and needs of the audience. ### Results Orientation - Indicating through actions and decisions a sense of importance to get the job done; focusing on the most important things; being impatient with obstacles and lack of movement; taking action to overcome obstacles and seek solutions. ### Quality Orientation/Attention to Detail - Accomplishing tasks through concern for all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; maintaining watchfulness over a period of time.
