## Job description

This role ensures products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements while driving continuous improvement and mentoring junior team members

## Responsibilities
- Perform and lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and assemblies
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements
- Utilize precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, optical comparator)
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supplier Quality teams
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Support production team in day-to-day activities.

Validate when defective material is reported by production team.

## Qualifications

Associate degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field (bachelor’s preferred) Minimum 1+ years of quality control or inspection experience Experience with precision measuring equipment Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle) Manufacturing floor and inspection lab settings. Prolonged standing and use of inspection tools. Occasional lifting. #LI-Onsite
