As the lead specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating support activities, providing technical expertise, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. Your in-depth knowledge and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in maintaining our technology infrastructure. Join us and be the driving force behind our continued success. ## Responsibilities ### Key Responsibilities Support the Intrusion Systems team with daily technical tasks and first‑level troubleshooting. Assist in analyzing logs, diagnosing issues, and replicating customer scenarios. Communicate with customers and collaborate with internal departments under expert guidance. ## Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Basic electrician knowledge and understanding of low‑voltage or security systems. Network fundamentals (IP, LAN) and strong German + English communication skills. Analytical, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a team. what you will learn How intrusion systems operate and how to analyze logs and technical data. How to provide customer support via phone/email and follow support processes.
