## Job description

As a Sr Contracts Representative here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the contract lifecycle for our business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams, to ensure the successful execution of contracts and compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise in contract management and negotiation will be instrumental in driving successful business outcomes and mitigating legal risks.

In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts, ensuring that Honeywell operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks, and protecting the company's interests.

## Responsibilities

### Key Responsibilities
- Manage the endtoend contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and review
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic advice
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contracts
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with customers, suppliers, and other third parties
- Maintain accurate and uptodate contract records and documentation
- Handle contract disputes and provide guidance on dispute resolution

## Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions WE VALUE Juris Doctor (JD)
- Ability to analyze and interpret terms and conditions
- Ability to work with team members and suppliers in different locations Attention to detail and ability to work across functions
- Drive efficiencies and process improvements
- Solid analytical skills and strong business acumen
- Demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations Consistently makes timely decisions balancing information Conveys information with clarity and directness
- Strong organization and project management skills
