Wage Information $37.13 - $42.43 ### Job Purpose Equipment Service Technician responsible for maintaining of equipment. This includes responding to equipment emergency downtime, troubleshooting for root cause and repair as needed. ### Key Accountabilities - Ability to troubleshoot and repair: Robots, Servo Systems, Electrical Systems, Automated Machinery and Mechanical Systems - Interpret electrical, mechanical and hydraulic prints - Complete assigned work orders and support production members in achieving the lines run rate efficiency - Document daily (all) activity and information in Equipment Management Systems (Maximo) - Support weekend preventative maintenance, repair and plant shutdown activities as well as new equipment installations and equipment modifications Qualifications, Experience, and Skills ### Minimum Educational Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Two-year degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial) or equivalent equipment maintenance experience ### Minimum Experience Preferred 3 months of relevant experience Other Job-Specific Skills Problem analysis skills, Robots, Servo Systems, Electrical Systems, Automated Machinery and Mechanical Systems, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). Time management Working Conditions Manufacturing Environment Potential 5-10 hours overtime per week possible Weekend and Holiday work may be required Travel 2-3 weeks for training or other equipment issues 90% Standing vs sitting Moderate lifting may be required 16 hr.
