Recommend optimized design solutions to solve problems or reduce cost while meeting performance and project targets. Perform engineering hand calculations where needed (e.g., beam bending, pressure drop).

Understand and apply creepage and clearance methodologies for high‑voltage components. Design wire harnesses; experience with harness layout in assembly design is a plus. Perform tolerance stack‑up calculations to ensure proper assembly under all part variances. Collaborate with other departments to ensure on‑time delivery of practical and optimized electrical design solutions.
