## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根據業務需求協助推廣 AI 應用模型，包括但不限於行業應用、智能客服等應用。
- 將 AI 模型整合至企業內部系統或 SaaS 平台，確保系統運行穩定並具備可擴展性。
- 優化 AI 模型推理效能，減少延遲並提升運算效率。
- 針對不同產業 (如醫療、製造、金融等) 等客戶需求微調應用模型，並提供技術支援。
- 與 DevOps 團隊合作，部署與監控 AI 應用於雲端或邊緣設備。
- 進行 AI 應用的 A/B 測試，分析使用者行為並優化模型效能。
- 研究最新 AI 技術與框架，提升產品競爭力。

### Requirements 必要條件 (Requirements)
- 計算機科學、人工智慧、電機工程或相關領域學士或碩士學位。
- 熟悉 Python、TensorFlow、PyTorch、NeMo 等 AI 開發工具與框架。
- 熟悉 API 設計與後端開發 (如 Flask、FastAPI、Node.js)。
- 具備 AI 模型推理優化經驗，如 TensorRT、OpenVINO、TVM 等技術。
- 熟悉雲端運算平台 (AWS/GCP/Azure)，並能部署 AI 服務。
- 熟悉 SQL/NoSQL 數據庫，能進行數據處理與分析。
- 具備軟體工程知識，能與前後端團隊協作開發 AI 產品。

### 加分條件 (Preferred Qualifications)
- 曾參與 AI 產品開發，具備 AI SaaS 服務開發經驗。
- 熟悉 LLM (如 GPT-4、Llama3、Claude) 應用與微調技術 (Fine-tuning、RAG)。
- 具備邊緣運算 (Edge AI) 開發經驗，如 NVIDIA Jetson、Coral Edge TPU。
- 具備 MLOps、CI/CD、Kubernetes 經驗。
- 具備開源 AI 項目貢獻經驗 (GitHub、Hugging Face)。
