## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 負責團隊組織及人員的管理及建設；
- 制定DFX/FMEA新產品評估，引進新工藝&新技術&新材料&新設備以及自動化專案；
- SMT工藝優化與改善並建立技術公用平台，提升製程良率與設備稼動率OEE;
- 客戶溝通及管理，與客戶建立良好的溝通管道，及時解決客戶的投訴，提升客戶滿意度；
- 負責生產效率，設備稼動率，品質良率達成，誇部門溝通解決異常；
- 有敏銳的市場判斷能力，熟悉行業前沿技術/新設備/新材料/及發展方向。 Requirements
- 本科及以上學歷，英文聽說讀寫流利；
- 有專案項目及大型團隊管理經驗；
- 有SMA DFM相關製程管理及異常處理經驗，熟練使用Minitab、DOE、SPC、FEMA、6Sigma等製程分析工具；
- 有Data Mining及Machine learning等自動化設備開發經驗，熟悉行業發展趨勢、產業技術大數據及智能化等應用；
- 有PCBA行業工程DFM相關工作經驗；
- 熟悉FPC(FPCA)製程工藝及客戶群體者優先；
- 有海外工作外經驗優先考慮；
- 有電子行業資深工藝改善經驗。
