## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主導OBC和DCDC硬體系統的設計，包括電路拓撲、功率元件選型、PCB布局及散熱設計。
- 負責電磁兼容性（EMC）、電源管理及熱管理的優化，確保系統穩定性與安全性。
- 與軟體研發團隊協作，進行硬體與軟體的集成與聯合調試。
- 確保硬體設計符合汽車電子行業標準（如IATF16949、ISO26262）及相關法規要求。
- 分析和解決硬體開發過程中的技術挑戰，確保產品的可製造性和成本控制。
- 管理硬體研發項目的進度，確保按時達成里程碑目標。 Requirements
- 多年OBC/DCDC或車載電力電子硬體設計經驗，尤其是高電壓功率轉換系統，並具有至少3年團隊管理經驗。
- 熟悉汽車電子行業標準（如ISO 26262、AEC-Q100）及電磁兼容性設計。
- 具備強大的硬體設計能力和技術難題解決能力。
- 良好的團隊協作與項目管理能力。
