## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 負責研發總處日常行政管理及所轄工作全面管理
- 負責公司政策布達給到團隊并落實到位, 需負責主管交辦重要文件的起草、修訂、及時組織編寫方案及報告
- 負責對各類辦公文件、行政開支進行預算收集制作并做有效管理控制, 需要制作月度實際費用報告給到主管
- 負責協調各處之間的關係, 對公司決定的事項進行催辦、查辦和落實, 并根據所發生不良情況進行不斷完善工作流程
- 負責研發總處各類文件、重要證件、差旅花銷、公車調度等方面監督與管理 Requirements
- 本科及以上學歷, 專業不限, 1年以上工作經驗,文筆較好, 行政管理專業優先
- 能夠熟練使用 Word、Excel、PPT等辦公軟件
- 個性開朗大方, 善於溝通, 語言表達能力強
- 心理素質強, 積極樂觀, 能夠適應快節奏的工作
