## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 基礎模型研發 (1-1) 參與 FOXBRAIN 大模型 的訓練與優化，包括多模態語言模型、視覺-語言模型。 (1-2) 設計並實驗 自監督學習、對比學習、弱標註學習 演算法，提升模型泛化能力。
- 模型優化與加速 (2.1) 探索 壓縮、蒸餾、量化、LORA 等技術，優化模型推論效率。 (2.2) 開發 高效能訓練流程（CUDA MEMORY 優化、分散式訓練）。
- 跨領域資料整合 (3.1) 將來自不同業務場景（智慧製造、電動車、智慧城市）的資料納入模型訓練。 (3.2) 設計 跨模態特徵抽取與融合方法，使模型能應對異質性資料。
- 模型微調與落地 (4.1)根據業務需求，對 FOXBRAIN 模型 進行微調（SUPERVISED / INSTRUCTION TUNING/ REINFORCEMENT LEARNING）。 (4.2)協助不同事業群將模型應用於智慧製造、智慧電動車、智慧城市等場景。
- 研發與技術前瞻 (5.1) 持續追蹤 FOUNDATION MODELS / LARGE LANGUAGE MODELS 最新研究。 (5.2) 發表技術報告，支持鴻海在 AI 領域的領先地位。 Requirements MS Word、Excel、Power Point
- 精通 深度學習框架（PYTORCH、TENSORFLOW）。
- 熟悉 大規模模型訓練與微調技術（如分散式訓練、LORA、量化、蒸餾）。
- 有 自監督學習 / 弱監督學習 / 主動學習 經驗，能處理標註不足或異質數據。
- 熟悉 多模態資料處理（影像、文字、結構化數據）。
- 具備 高效能運算經驗（CUDA、GPU/CPU MEMORY 管理、分散式訓練架構）。
- 熟悉 模型解釋性與可視化工具（GRAD-CAM、SHAP 等）。

### 熟悉 軟體工程與系統整合
- DOCKER、GIT、MLFLOW、AIRFLOW、資料庫操作。
