## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 光學組裝技術設備及封裝製程評估
- 實驗設計及製程參數測試
- 製程故障排除以及異常原因分析
- 外部單位及廠商合作聯繫
- 光學及電子構裝機台操作
- 建立標準作業流程及訂定生產規範 Requirements
- 熟悉電子構裝加工流程(ex: Flip Chip/Die/Wire Bond/SMT…etc)
- 了解光通訊傳輸原理
- 專案執行經驗
- 對於高頻傳輸有基本概念(ex:阻抗/Loss)
- 光通訊相關經驗或有高度學習意願
