## Job description

### Responsibilities
- DFT相關功能的設計與實現
- DFT設計方法和品質改進
- DFT仿真與分析
- 與產品品管團隊合作進行製造測試
- 與產品團隊合作進行故障覆蓋率改進和PPM調整 Requirements
- 熟悉合成、仿真、時序分析設計流程
- 熟悉DFT實現如 (1) 記憶體 BIST、記憶體 Repair (2) Scan/ATPG/Scan Compresion (3) 邏輯BIST (4) 故障模擬/故障注入 (5) 邊界掃描
- 有 DFT Tools (如 DFT Compiler、TetraMAX、BSD Compiler、FastScan、TestKompress、MBISTArchitect) 使用經驗者佳
- 獲得 ISO 26262 認證者尤佳
