## Job description

Responsibilities "1. 配合 AI 技術主管規劃及建置企業級 AI 治理與應用整合平台 2. 建置模型接入、權限控管、安全護欄、稽核追蹤及用量成本管理機制 3. 整合生成式 AI、AI Agent、企業資料及既有應用系統 4. 協助 AI 場景從技術驗證、架構設計推進至正式上線 5. 研究 AI 技術與架構趨勢，參與平台藍圖、技術標準及後續發展規劃" Requirements "1.

### 開發能力

熟悉 Java 或 Python，具 RESTful API、資料庫及企業系統整合經驗 2.

### AI 技術

熟悉 LLM、RAG、AI Agent、Prompt Engineering及模型 API 串接 3.

### 平台架構

具微服務、API Gateway、Container、Kubernetes 或公有雲平台基礎 4.

### AI 治理

了解身分權限、資料安全、模型管理、安全護欄、稽核紀錄及成本治理 5.

### 系統整合

能整合企業資料來源、AI 模型、Agent及既有應用系統 6.

### AI Native

能運用 ChatGPT、Gemini、GitHub Copilot 等工具進行分析、開發、測試及文件產出 7.

### 規劃能力

具技術研究、架構分析、PoC 驗證及技術文件撰寫能力 8.

### 協作能力

能與架構、資安、資料及應用團隊協作，將治理要求轉化為平台功能 9.

### 加分條件

具 MCP、模型 Gateway、LLMOps、MLOps、FinOps 或大型企業 AI 平台經驗者佳"
