## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 工廠 layout 廠區規劃
- 規劃最佳生產流程，編寫作業指導書
- 制定標準工時 (Standard Time)
- 與其他單位溝通協調整合技術開發工作
- 測試工段RFQ 報價評估
- 須配合出差，出差時長一年約90~180天 Requirements 熟習 AutoCAD 繪圖軟體
- 具備專案開發經驗，熟悉新產品導入流程
- 評估人力、機台設備、零組件與原物料需求，動態調整生產配置以提升產線效率
- 基礎英語溝通
