## Job description

### Responsibilities [BMC]
- Custimze the BMC to meet customer's requirement
- BMC bring up and modification for server platform
- Uboot/Kernel/busybox/Linux driver/Linux program/Script ability
- C/C++/Java/Html language programming
- Troubleshooting of hardware/firmware and clarify the question/bug with function team
- Write technical documents and training engineers. [Storage]
- Familiar with SATA and SAS protocol.
- Familiar with embedded linux based development(uboot/kernel/drivers/root filesystem).
- Experience with SAS expander card development.
- Experience with PIC development for control/monitor HDD BP, fan, etc.
- Have programing skills in C/C++ and Assembly.
