## Job description

### 財務報表管理
- 負責編制與審核財務報表（如資產負債表、損益表、現金流量表），確保數據準確並符合會計準則。

### 稅務與法規遵循
- 管理企業稅務申報，確保符合當地稅法規定，並進行合理的稅務規劃。

### 內部控制與合規
- 建立和監督內部控制流程，確保財務運作合規並降低風險。

### 資金管理與預算規劃
- 負責資金調度、成本控制及預算編制，確保企業財務穩定運行。

### 團隊管理與培訓
- 領導會計團隊，培訓員工，提高整體財務管理效率與專業能力。

### Requirements 學歷與證照/經驗

具備會計、財務、經濟或相關專業的學士學位（碩士優先）。

### 專業技能

熟悉會計準則（如IFRS、GAAP），精通會計軟體（如SAP、Oracle、QuickBooks）及Excel財務分析工具。 具備10年以上會計相關經驗，帶過團隊，具備大型電子製造業會計主管、會計師事務所審計主管經驗佳。

### 管理與溝通能力

具備良好的團隊管理、跨部門溝通及問題解決能力，能有效與內部團隊及外部機構（稅務局、審計公司）協調。
