## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 規劃高階主管培訓及發展規劃
- 執行獎項申請相關計劃
- 執行各類大會活動及培訓專案
- 與業務主管、HR夥伴及外部供應商合作，管理專案時程、預算與交付品質 Requirements
- 具人資/教育科技/商管/心理相關系所為佳
- 具人才發展、學習成效評估及職能模型專業

### 規劃過主管發展專案
- 從需求診斷、方案設計、執行到成效追蹤
- 曾於萬人規模科技企業從事人力資源與人才發展相關工作
- 同理心與人際敏感度
- 責任感與謹慎性
- 好奇心與開放性

### 符合鴻海的核心價值
- 誠信、勤奮、敏捷、分享、合作、共榮
