## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根據公司經營戰略，組織人力資源戰略規劃，為重要的業務決策提供HR支援；
- 根據公司整體戰略和規劃，組織、構建、優化和實施人力資源管理體系，制定人力資源計畫;
- 實施、推廣和監督人力資源流程體系，並根據業務/組織的發展不斷修改和完善;
- 開發和實施人力資源的關鍵模組，包括人力資源規劃、招聘、培訓、薪酬福利、人才發展和員工關係;
- 負責企業文化建設，為團隊提供良好的工作體驗，提高團隊敬業度;
- 建立並完善各部門、各崗位元的績效管理流程，並有效推動其實施;
- 負責人力成本管理，包括人力計畫、成本分析、優化和資源配置等；
- 建立和完善人才管理制度，確保各部門的人才引進滿足業務需求;
- 對內對外聯絡、溝通、協調，塑造、維護、發展和傳播企業文化; Requirements 1.10年以上HR 相關工作經驗，3年以上越南工作經驗優先，有供應鏈或工廠相關人力資源管理經驗者優先。 2.有跨國公司工作經驗或海外業務優先。 具有良好的溝通協調能力，抗壓力強
