## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 參與新產品的設計和開發過程，提供生產可行性的建議。
- 負責制定和實施產品轉移到生產線的計劃。
- 負責生產線上所需之測試平台與測試治具的設計與開發。
- 協助排解產品開發和生產過程中的技術問題。
- 負責新產品的首次生產批次和試產階段的品質管理。
- 監控產品開發進度，定期更新進度報告與相關利益相關者。
- 進行產品生產後評估，收集反饋，並根據反饋進行產品改進。
- 使用工業工程技術(如工作研究、時間研究、流程圖等)，進行生產流程的優化
