## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 依據國際法規規範品質認證系統，督導執行各製程並確保生產製程符合國際規範。
- 擬訂建制品保系統及流程，執行與推動品保處年度計畫與工作目標。督導品保單位之運作，根據公司整體銷售需求及產能規劃，執行對應之品質目標及計畫。
- 分析重大品質異常管理及不良產出原因，以持續提升製造品質。 Requirements 1.大學以上理工系所畢業。 2.15年以上品保系統相關工作經驗，具有建制品保系統規劃及導入經驗，及具有管理建立組織經驗。 3.熟英文，具國際觀，並有對應國外客戶之實務經驗。 4.熟PC、IPC等相關產品各階製程之運作經驗。
