## Job description

### Responsibilities 帶領CR/FATP 自動化設備工程團隊進行各項專案工作分配
- 專案前期組織規劃及人力排配
- 依照專案排程與F1協同設計自動化DFM及導入
- 自動化設備FBU 排程管控及自動化數據系統管理
- 帶領團隊成員與F1進行專案相關雷達及MIL Issue 會議
- 內部工作流程及專案設計改善優化
- 工程FA能力教育訓練開展
- 部門員工激勵及人力風險管控
- FBU 物料及資產管理 Requirements 1.5年以上電子產品自動化設備相關工作經驗 2.熟悉非標自動化工作原理及設備基本操作 3.3年以上電子產品相關自動化部門管理經驗( 10人以上)
