## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 與用戶及利益關係人合作，深入理解產品使用情境，主導用戶研究（包含訪談、問卷調查、可用性測試等），轉化為設計策略與具體方案。
- 建立資訊架構、設計使用流程與互動邏輯，確保產品操作直覺、一致且符合使用者心智模型。
- 製作原型（Low-Fi至High-Fi），運用Figma等工具進行快速迭代設計與驗證。
- 協助規劃跨裝置一致性的體驗架構與介面設計策略。
- 設計 AI 產品的互動流程（如意圖判斷、對話腳本設計、錯誤處理邏輯等），提升用戶與AI系統間的互動體驗。
- 善用AI工具輔助設計與研究工作，並評估AI在產品互動中的應用價值與風險。
- 與PM、工程師、數據分析師等跨部門團隊合作，整合業務目標與使用者需求，推進產品體驗持續優化。 Requirements 【必要資格條件】
- 擁有UX相關工作經驗，具備完整設計流程執行能力（研究、資訊架構、互動設計、測試）。
- 熟練使用設計與協作工具，如 Figma、Adobe XD、Miro 等。
- 能獨立產出User Journey Map、Wireframe、User Flow與高互動性原型。
- 具備使用者研究能力（質性或量化），並能結合資料洞察提出具體設計優化建議。
- 對AI工具於UX設計中的應用有實際經驗或高度興趣，能清楚說明如何輔助工作流程與創造價值。
- 具備優秀的邏輯分析與問題解決能力，並具備良好的溝通技巧與跨部門協作能力。 【加分條件】
- 具備智慧城市、交通科技、公共服務、政府專案等相關產品設計經驗。
- 熟悉系統設計（Design Systems）、無障礙設計（Accessibility）或多語系、多國用戶介面設計。
- 具備基本資料視覺化、互動動畫或資訊圖表設計能力。
- 擅長使用 AI 設計輔助工具於實際工作流程的案例或經驗分享。
- 具備相關設計研究論文發表、專題或國內外設計競賽得獎經歷者優先考慮。
- 語音UX設計、對話式AI設計（Conversational UX）或 NLP 應用經驗尤佳。
