## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 參與客戶會議, 對應客戶指示與需求
- 協同客戶進行系統散熱設計開發
- 散熱性能測試與分析驗證，失效分析與報告產出
- 透過CFD軟體進行產品系統及模組熱流模擬 Requirements
- 三年以上高速運算伺服器或相關電子產品新產品散熱性能開發經驗
- 英語口語流利，能適應全英語工作環境，英語檢定 TOEIC 550 以上
- 熟悉電子系統散熱方案設計(風扇及模組選用、流場規劃、性能系統控制)，額外具備液冷開發經驗者為佳
- 具備電子產品性能驗證計畫規劃及執行能力、具有CAD(UG/Creo/Catia)基本繪圖能力、熟悉CFD軟體分析(6SigmaET、Flotherm、lcepak、Fluent..etc)
