## Job description

### Responsibilities 你將以產品與服務的視角，參與公司 AI 應用與研發的核心任務，包括但不限於
- 設計與建構 AI Application Framework，支援跨產品/專案之快速開發與部署。
- 整合 AI 模型至實際應用，對接產品需求與專案場景，打造具價值的 AI 服務。
- 與 AI 團隊協作，針對底層模型進行驗證、效能評估與參數調整，提供調校回饋。
- 建置與維運 MLOps/AIOps 環境，強化模型訓練流程自動化、部署效率與版本管理。
- 持續優化運行中模型與應用架構，提升 AI 系統效能與穩定度。 Requirements 必備條件（Requirements）
- 熟悉 Python，具備良好程式設計習慣與程式碼可讀性。

### 熟悉軟體工程實踐
- Git 版本控制、單元測試 / 測試流程、CI/CD 自動化流程。
- 具備 機器學習基礎理論，理解常見演算法（如分類、迴歸、聚類等）與 深度學習框架（TensorFlow、PyTorch 至少熟悉一種）。
- 熟悉資料處理與分析工具，如 Pandas、NumPy、Spark 等。

### 具備 MLOps/AIOps 能力
- 模型部署與維護、模型監控、效能調校、容器化技術（如 Docker、Kubernetes）。
- 具備良好問題分析與解決能力，能主動學習並快速吸收新技術。 加分條件（Nice to Have）
- 有實際參與 AI 產品從 0 到 1 的建置經驗
- 熟悉 OpenAI / Hugging Face 等現代大型語言模型（LLM）應用
- 熟悉 API 設計與微服務架構
- 具備跨部門協作經驗，能作為 AI 團隊與其他技術/產品部門之橋梁
