## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 能獨立開展專案工作、并與客戶有效對接
- 和工程/製造等相關部門溝通協作, 及時處理生產中的各種品質 異常, 確保品質和效率得以逐步提升
- 根據各舊產品經驗, 在新產品各階段對量產中有品質風險的各制 程（設備參數、工具夾具、流程手順等等）採取有效的預防和 管制措施
- 瞭解 SMT 行業的前沿技術以及品質保證手法, 和工程等一起及時 協調導入, 以提升競爭力
