## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 各項服務產品(陸海空運)流程優化 - 持續監控並優化作業流程以符合總部各節點時間，藉由流程優化與系統上線, 期能提升服務品質, 提高生產力, 並降低人為錯誤。
- 內部(如業務部)外部客戶及供應商保持良好密切互動，確實掌握精准市場行情,以便提供業務部的最佳服務與價格(質的提升)，並開拓新產品(量的提升)。
- 定期舉辦部門內訓練, 提升工作人員素質 藉由不定期(隨時)case study傳承/分享經驗 Requirements
- 熟悉物流操作程式
- 熟悉國際貿易實務
- 熟悉海關作業 擔任物流/供應鏈相關行業主管十年以上經驗,有跨國公司經驗 物流/供應鏈相關科系尤佳
- 抗壓性高,善於溝通協調
- 善於分析及解決問題
- 組織與風險控管能力
