## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 使用研究工具洞察使用者需求，針對問題提出解決方向，改善服務流程，提升使用者體驗
- 依據專案或產品目標，規劃並定義產品的 sitemap, user flow, wireframe
- 與專案經理、 UI 設計師協作，提出合適的介面設計方案，與工程師一同討論恰當的元件互動
- 理解 usability 概念，透過觀察與測試持續優化、調整設計方案
- 與 UX 團隊一同規劃與執行使用者研究，包含使用者訪談、使用性測試
