## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 測試環境的搭建與運維
- 產品初期，明確測試需求，並做出測試規劃（含測試所需設備、備品和耗材等）
- 依據測試規劃給出測試報價
- 驗證DFT方案的可行性，確保測試覆蓋率達標，識別並修復設計缺陷。
- 確保測試流程的穩定性與可維護性，持續監控良率與成本，並持續改善
- 優化測試流程，提升良率並降低測試成本，為量產做準備
- 測試文件及測試報告的編制 Requirements
- 本科含以上學歷，電子/電機/資工/工工科系尤佳。
- 具備10年以上 ICT 製造經驗，熟悉Server 製造或組裝測試經驗者佳。
- 日語或英文能力佳，能直接與外國團隊、客戶口語交流。
