### Responsibilities
- 設計、規畫與開發企業內部的教育訓練
- 事前產業需求瞭解、課程規畫、課程教學的導入、研擬培訓計畫等
- 企業內部人力作業系統與制度的專業顧問
- 校企合作規劃與執行 Requirements Windows 2000, Windows 98, Windows XP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, 員工教育訓練與需求分析, 人員培訓、激勵、輔導與管理, 規畫與執行力強，EQ高、吃苦耐勞
