## Job description

Responsibilities

### Key Responsibilities 工作內容
- Contract Management 合約管理 Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents; identify legal risks and propose solutions. 審閱、草擬及協商商業合約與法律文件，辨識法律風險並提出解決方案。
- Legal Advisory 法律諮詢 Provide legal advice to internal business units; assess and disclose legal risks in business decisions and transactions. 為內部業務單位提供法律諮詢，評估並揭露營運決策與交易之法律風險。
- Regulatory Compliance 法令遵循 Monitor developments in Vietnamese laws and regulations; support the implementation of the Group's compliance policies and programs. 持續追蹤越南法令動態，協助集團合規政策與制度之落地執行。
- Corporate Governance 公司治理 Support corporate housekeeping, licensing, and permit matters for Group entities in Vietnam. 支援集團越南各法人之公司治理、證照及許可相關事務。
- Dispute Resolution 爭議處理 Assist in handling disputes and government inquiries; coordinate with external counsel. 協助處理爭議案件及政府機關查詢，並與外部律師協作。
- Cross-Border Collaboration 跨境協作 Communicate and collaborate directly with Group legal and business teams across jurisdictions. 直接與集團各地法務及業務團隊溝通協作。 Requirements
- Familiarity with AI-assisted legal research and drafting tools 熟悉 AI 輔助法律研究與文件撰擬工具 Must-have 必要條件：
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent law degree from any jurisdiction 具法律學位（國別不拘）
- Bilingual proficiency is a must: native Vietnamese plus professional working proficiency in Chinese or English; Chinese–Vietnamese bilingual candidates are strongly preferred 雙語能力為必要條件： 越南語（母語）加上具專業工作水準之 中文或英文 ； 中／越雙語者尤佳
- Global mindset with a strong interest in cross-border and international legal matters 具備國際視野，對跨國事務具高度興趣
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills 具備良好之法律文書撰寫、研究及分析能力
- No prior work experience required; open to fresh graduates 工作經驗不拘，歡迎應屆畢業生 Preferred 加分條件：
- Law degrees from two or more jurisdictions 取得兩個（含）以上國家之法律學位者尤佳
- Admission to the bar in any jurisdiction 具任一法域律師資格者尤佳
- Experience with FDI or manufacturing enterprises, or in a law firm 具外商投資企業、製造業或律師事務所相關經驗 The Vietnam Legal team provides comprehensive legal support to the Group's manufacturing entities in Vietnam.

We are building a fully bilingual legal function in which each team member independently manages matters end-to-end and communicates directly with Group headquarters. This position is open to candidates at all experience levels and offers structured training toward becoming an independent bilingual in-house counsel. 越南法務團隊為集團於越南之製造事業提供全面性的法律支持。我們正建立完全雙語化的法務職能，團隊成員須能獨立完成案件並直接與集團總部溝通。本職缺不限經驗，將提供系統性培訓，培養獨立作業之雙語企業法務人才。
