## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 生產資源 (含廠房、設備、物流等) 統籌規劃
- 智能系統與MES系統規劃與導入
- 規劃專案執行及統籌推動 (生產資源，如: Layout 設計與線體 改造及時達成)
- 自動化設計參與(單機、整線、樓面最佳化)
- 自動化導入可行性評估(導入比例與ROI)
- 精益生產推動 (JIT、浪費消除、自働化等)
- 主導 MLB 生產力提升與 8S 維持
- IE 新產品工作統籌及 Lean 專案推動
- IDL 專案推動與現場檢核
- 關鍵績效指標 (OPE、OEE、UPPH 等)診斷與持續改善推動 此職務因工作需要，需長期出差
