### Responsibilities
- 鴻海新文化及核心價值推廣活動執行及整合，協助組織轉型與文化變革
- 高階主管發展專案及計劃執行
- 協助建立高階領導培訓體系
- 人資發展獎項申請相關計劃，建立企業雇主品牌推廣 條件:大學以上人資/心理相關科系, 英文能力佳(TOEIC 700以上),年資8年以上 Requirements 具備Microsoft Office操作技能
