### Responsibilities
- 空調系統保養維護
- 電信機房機電設備保養維護
- 高低壓電力系統維護保養
- 大樓水電修繕
- 依工作需求配合輪班或on call Requirements
- 具備空調與機電方面相關證照
- 具獨立作業暨簡報說明能力尤佳
- 熟悉Windows作業系統操作
- 具備AutoCAD能力尤佳 富責任感、配合度高、自我學習能力強
