## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 測試人力規劃,招募及培訓
- 測試新技術研究與引入
- 測試設備評估,Line set up & Qualification
- 測試KPI達成及工業互聯網專案導入與落地
- 測試異常分析，解決與改善導入
- 良好的客戶關系建立 Requirements
- 具備8年以上電子產品測試行業經驗及5年以上測試團隊 管理經驗
- 熟悉SMT生產流程、測試流程及相關工站測試原理
- 英文聽、說、讀、寫、溝通能力佳
- 具有Apple產品測試經驗者優先
