## Job description

### 策略規劃
- 制定年度專案管理策略，對應客戶產品路線圖與公司經營目標；主導新機種資源配置與產能佈局決策

### 高階客戶對口
- 直接對應 Apple 高階專案管理層，處理重大議題升級、合約談判、長期合作關係維護

### 全球廠區統籌
- 督導中國大陸、越南、印度等海外廠區專案執行，定期實地巡查，確保各廠區專案品質與時程一致性

### 跨功能整合
- 串聯NPI、製造、品質、供應鏈、經管等單位，打破部門壁壘，推動端到端流程優化

### 風險與危機管理
- 建立專案風險預警機制，主導重大異常（量產延遲、品質事故、客訴）的危機處理與善後

### 組織與人才發展
- 建構師級專案管理團隊，制定人才梯隊計畫，推動 PM 職能標準化與專業認證

### 成本與獲利管控
- 監控專案 BOM 成本、製造成本與毛利表現，推動降本增效專案達成經營目標 Requirements
- 學歷 國內外知名大學學士以上，工業工程、機械工程、電子工程、企管相關科系
- 年資 8-15 年電子製造業經驗，其中 5 年以上專案管理經驗

### 產業背景
- Apple 供應鏈或一階 EMS 廠專案管理經驗；具 iPhone 全製程 NPI 至量產主導經驗者優先

### 管理能力
- 曾帶領 50 人以上團隊，具備跨國團隊管理與矩陣式組織運作經驗

### 語言能力
- 英文精通（商務談判水準），具備第二外語（越南語、印地語）能力加分

### 專業證照
- PMP、PgMP、六西格瑪黑帶或同等資格

### 出差需求
- 年度出差 40-50%，具備海外長期派駐經驗
