This role requires development and maintenance of strong cross functional, internal and external partnerships to drive an integrated in-store experience on behalf of the brand, the customer and the business. ### Key Responsibilities 25% - Act as a subject matter expert to drive all components of a visual strategy including development of project plans in partnership with a variety of cross functional partners at the SSC, field, and agency/vendors 20% End to end project management, tracking, and report outs including site visits and audits 15% - Partner with Sr. Visual Merchandiser to identify opportunities that enhance the customer experience and review client strategy 15% Drives / influences cross-functional partners (eg. agency support, vendors and clients) to ensure accuracy and speed to market 15% Leverage customer insights, industry trends and best practices to drive creative and innovative solutions to improve the customer shopping experience 10% Attend client support and kick-off meetings to understand the strategic objectives and specific needs of the business Direct Manager/Direct Reports: Reports to the Sr. Visual Merchandiser, Operations & Strategic Initiatives. ### This role has no direct reports Travel Requirements Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. ### Physical Requirements Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds). ### Working Conditions Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust, fumes or odors. ### Minimum Qualifications Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. ### Preferred Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to create and execute project plans - Demonstrated knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations - Strong computer skills, particularly in PowerPoint, MS Project and Excel - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills - Ability to identify potential Visual Merchandising opportunities in partnership with Sr. ### Visual Merchandiser and provide creative solutions Minimum Education The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. ### Minimum Years of Work Experience 4 Competencies: Knowledge or experience in visual merchandising, project management, communications, marketing and store operations.
