In this highly visible role, you'll be the trusted face of IT support, working directly with employees to resolve technical issues, deploy and maintain devices, and ensure users have the tools they need to be successful. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How You'll Make an Impact Provide hands-on support for IT issues requiring on-site assistance. Deliver, configure, and deploy ready-to-use computers and devices. Guide users with practical training on common IT tools and services. Manage inventory of IT hardware, accessories, and related assets. Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate asset records. Coordinate device shipments, returns, and equipment movements. Manage warranty claims and vendor interactions for hardware repairs. Support collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, and end-user technology needs. Your Background Formal IT qualification, technical diploma, degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience. Experience supporting users within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management tools. Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently.
