In this role, you lead a global R&D organization, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and ensure alignment between technology strategy and business objectives. You serve as a key technology leader, driving product evolution, supporting customer success, and contributing to the company's long-term growth ambitions. How You Will Make an Impact Lead and manage the global R&D Product Group, including software engineering, testing, and product delivery. Partner closely with the General Manager, Product Manager Lead, and PMO Lead to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and business expectations. Lead a high-performing global R&D organization of approximately 150 professionals, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with the company's 2030 vision and growth objectives. Act as the primary technology point of contact for customer escalations and strategic opportunities. Drive effective communication and cross-functional collaboration across all levels of the organization. Lead the development of new products and enhancements across the existing portfolio. Ensure effective management of R&D budgets, resources, and project priorities to achieve business goals and delivery timelines. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements as a technology leader and advocate. Your Background 20+ years of leadership experience in product development, software development, or software product delivery. An MBA or other advanced degree, combined with extensive business experience, is strongly preferred. Strong R&D leadership experience with a proven ability to lead large, globally distributed teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Experience engaging directly with customers and serving as the technology point of contact for escalations and strategic opportunities. Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and inspiring diverse teams of engineers and technical professionals. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Proven experience managing budgets, resources, and complex development portfolios. Willingness to travel globally as required. Experience working within a global, matrixed organization. Strong understanding of current trends, technologies, and best practices in software product development and delivery.
