As a Power+ Graduate, you will be a part of a full-time, 18-month rotational career journey where graduates will have the opportunity to explore different business units and locations. As a Power+ Graduate, you will rotate every 6 months in a least 2 different business units to complete a total of 3 rotations and must be able to travel and relocate to various locations in the United States with an opportunity for an international rotation in the program. The U.S. Power+ Graduate Rotational Program provides excellent learning opportunities such as technical and product training, industry site experience, and training with leading-edge technologies. Graduates will have to demonstrate personal leadership, teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a high level of initiative, self-confidence, and curiosity to learn. ### Your Responsibilities 18-month accelerated career journey Full-time, paid, permanent role Rotations include (3) six-month assignments - Must be USA mobile - travel to different locations and see our culture come to life Impactful and meaningful challenges to solve through 3 different work assignments Opportunity to build a diverse network - Serves as strategic pipeline of talented employees into the organization Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business Your Background: STEM background required Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
