More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors. How you will make an impact - You will lead the development of design specifications and models, ensuring they meet all relevant standards and regulations. - You will c onduct thorough design reviews and verifications, implementing modifications to elevate project quality. - You will m onitor and manage project timelines, ensuring design milestones are achieved and projects are delivered on schedule. - You will c onduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and seek opportunities for design innovations. - You will engage with customers to capture and incorporate their feedback into design solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction. - You will c ollaborate with the supply chain team to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective, selecting optimal materials and components. - You will p repare and maintain detailed documentation that supports design processes and facilitates knowledge sharing. - You will identify and implement continuous design improvements based on test results and industry best practices, enhancing quality and efficiency. - You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. - Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Your background 1. Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field. 2. 2-5 years of experience in design engineering is preferred. 3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. 5. Pro-active attitude, self-motivated and with a strong sense of ownership. 6. Open to change, feedback and continuous improvement.
