## Job description

### Supplier Evaluation

Assess potential suppliers based on their ability to meet product quality and delivery requirements. Conduct on-site audits to evaluate supplier facilities, processes, and quality systems.

### Quality Assurance

Develop and implement supplier quality assurance protocols. Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, including defect rates and on-time delivery.

### Collaboration and Improvement

Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Provide training and support to suppliers to help them meet quality standards.

### Documentation and Reporting

Maintain detailed records of supplier evaluations, audit findings, and corrective actions. Prepare reports on supplier performance and quality trends for management review.

### Compliance

Ensure suppliers comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on changes in regulations and quality standards relevant to fresh products
