Your professional expertise will transcend conventional boundaries, making extraordinary contributions to our collective evolution. How you’ll make an impact
- You will create cutting-edge material solutions for future energy application, such as material solution for clean energy, circular economy, etc.
- You will conduct R&D work in the technical area of polymer science.
- You will i dentify new ideas, initiate new research projects and ensure relevant IP protection.
- You will execute research projects as project leader or key project member.
- You will w ork with colleagues in Hitachi Energy Research China and global, and collaborate and support business units in the material science and technology area.
- You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Your background
- You hold a PhD in polymer material, elastomer, rubber or a related field.
- Excellent innovation capability and competence of application-oriented research.
- Outstanding communication skills, task ownership, and analytical capabilities.
- Capable to run projects independently with excellent project planning, execution and management. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to travel abroad, including short-term job rotation as required.
- Spoken and written English as working language. More about us
