## Job description

The opportunity With our Gas insulated switchgear factory, we are producing cutting age equipment with the target to support the energy transition and to bring a sustainable future for all of us and for next generations. With increasing demand in our equipment and with priority of the company on the Quality of products and customers support, we are expanding our team with the position of Customer quality engineer.

The role that combines technical skills as well as soft skills for direct customer collaboration, what makes it super interesting and dynamic. With the valuable contributions you will make a direct impact on the future of the company. Join our diverse, talented, performing and supportive team. How you'll make an impact Lead root cause analysis in GIS quality cases. Drive the quality cases affecting multiple customers Owner of internal and external customer complaints and ensure a fast and sustainable solution Project management of bigger quality cases, identify improvements and drive their implementation.

Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders Run sustainable improvement projects to prevent quality issues to repeat.
- Provide support for and / or lead on-site investigations
- Prepare method statements for troubleshooting cases Deputing of Quality assurance function with Audits preparation and leading Your background 3 - 5 years of Experience in Electrical power systems Background in quality function or project management in gas-insulated switchgear field Profound understanding of project management practices
- Knowledge and experience with root cause analysis methodologies and tools (8D, A3 etc.) Experience in commissioning GIS systems is a plus Fluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial Experience in quality management and / or project management will be considered a plus Good communication and cultural sensitivity More about us Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.
